These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to https://reachsky.co/ and commercial dealings with REACHSKY for UAV components, samples, OEM programs, and related services. By using this website or placing an inquiry or order, you agree to these Terms.

Website use

Content is provided for business information. Catalog specifications, stock hints, and lead-time ranges are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation.
You must not misuse the site (scraping that harms service, attempts to breach security, or submitting false identity information).
We may update product data, pricing display rules, and site features without prior notice.

Quotes and orders

Online inquiries and quotes are invitations to treat. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written confirmation or accepted proforma / order acknowledgement stating SKU, quantity, price, Incoterm, payment terms, and shipment window.
MOQ, tooling, marking, packaging, and certification packs for OEM / private label are agreed case by case.
Buyer is responsible for import duties, local compliance, and end-use restrictions applicable in the destination market.

Pricing and payment

Prices, currencies, and payment methods are those stated on the quotation or checkout confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

Delivery and risk

Shipment timing, carriers, Incoterms, and risk transfer are governed by our 配送政策 and by the Incoterm stated on the confirmed order. Claims for transit damage must follow the carrier’s process and be notified promptly.

Quality and returns

Inspection, RMA, warranty remedies, and non-returnable custom / OEM builds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Remedies (repair, replacement, or credit) are handled under the written quotation / warranty terms for the order unless that policy states otherwise.

Accounts

You are responsible for credentials used on this site and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that present security or abuse risk.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, logos, and product imagery belong to REACHSKY or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial reuse without permission. Buyer branding applied under OEM programs remains subject to the OEM agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REACHSKY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits, flight downtime, or retrofit cost) arising from site use or product supply, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amounts paid for the affected goods under that order, unless a signed contract states otherwise.

Privacy

Personal data is handled under our 隐私政策.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed supply contract specifies otherwise. Courts or arbitration venues may be agreed in that contract; absent agreement, disputes relating to online terms may be brought where REACHSKY is established, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

变更

We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated page. Continued use of the site after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use. Confirmed orders remain governed by the commercial terms stated on that order.
