EU FPV distributor · 5″ / 7″ motors

Channel motor line: KV set, housing laser and sleeve lock

A multi-country FPV shop group already sold a known stator family and needed their own brand on the can, not a new motor design. We confirmed mounting pattern and shaft length for their 5″ and 7″ frames, set two KV options for freestyle vs long-range builds, then ran housing laser + sleeve artwork to match their color system. Sample motors were spun on a bench check against their prop shortlist before any carton print. Carton barcode and inner sleeve SKU were frozen only after sample sign-off so later replenishment could not drift.

Outcome Dual-KV private-label motor SKUs with locked sleeve/laser art; first volume lot matched sample marking; reorder used the same packing BOM.

LATAM brand · ESC + CW/CCW prop kit

Flight-kit packing: ESC label language, prop pairing and docs

A regional UAV brand bundled ESC + prop sets for dealer kits and needed Spanish/Portuguese packing plus their logo on ESC labels and prop bags, while keeping CW/CCW pairs unambiguous for field techs. We mapped their target amp range to an in-house ESC family, printed bilingual warning and brand labels, and bagged props as matched CW/CCW sets with a card insert. Spec sheets and packing lists went out with the pilot lot so customs and dealer intake used the same document set as production.

Outcome One approved bilingual packing set for ESC + prop kits; CW/CCW mix-ups dropped in dealer feedback; same packing reused on the next kit refresh.

Private-label LiPo sleeve with fleet warning labels

An industrial inspection operator wanted batteries that looked like their fleet standard on the shelf: brand sleeve, capacity/C-rate callouts, and multi-language handling warnings for warehouse staff, without changing the underlying cell program they had already qualified. We applied sleeve art and carton marks to the agreed capacity range, aligned barcode to their WMS SKU, and kept RoHS-oriented packing notes in the shipment file. Samples were charged and labeled in the same sleeve revision planned for volume so field techs would not see a sample-vs-production visual mismatch.

Outcome Fleets received visually consistent private-label packs; WMS barcode matched their SKU map; sleeve revision controlled for replenishment.

Heavy-lift integrator · FOC ESC + arm kit packing

Propulsion kit OEM: ESC firmware note, arm set carton and spec pack

A heavy-lift / logistics integrator bought FOC ESCs with matched arm tubes for a fixed airframe and needed the stack to land as one channel SKU: buyer logo on ESC labels, a firmware revision note on the packing slip, and arm-set cartons that listed bolt pattern and tube length for line techs. We locked the ESC firmware baseline they had already flight-tested, printed kit-level packing lists with matching serial ranges, and shipped a pilot carton set before volume so warehouse receiving could scan one kit barcode instead of loose motors and arms.

Outcome Kit-level barcode and firmware note frozen; receiving time dropped vs loose parts; same carton art reused on the follow-on airframe batch.
