Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy governs commercial claims on goods supplied by REACHSKY. It is written for B2B procurement of UAV components. Online catalog pages on https://reachsky.co/ do not expand or replace the warranty and remedy terms on a confirmed quotation or purchase order. See also 条款与条件 以及 配送政策.

No change-of-mind returns

• We do not accept returns for buyer preference, project cancellation, over-ordering, or SKU selection error after the order is confirmed, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
• Credits or refunds are not issued for goods that have been installed, flown, modified, or damaged after delivery, unless a verified manufacturing defect is accepted under RMA.

Non-returnable items

• OEM / private-label marking, custom winding, cut cable length, special connectors, buyer-specified packaging, and made-to-order builds are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defects.
• Opened seal kits, matched motor/ESC sets sold as calibrated pairs, and items shipped as samples under a “sample fee / NRE” line are non-returnable unless defect is proven.
• Clearance, EOL, or “as-is” lots marked on the quotation are final sale.

Inspection window

• Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt for quantity, model, and visible damage.
• Visible shortage or shipping damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photos of outer carton, inner packing, labels, and the affected units, plus the carrier waybill number.
• Latent quality claims (performance / workmanship) must be raised within the warranty window stated on the quotation or product documentation for that order. If no window is stated, contact sales promptly with test data; we will confirm eligibility in writing.

RMA required before return

• Do not ship goods back without a written RMA (return material authorisation) from REACHSKY.
• Unauthorised returns may be refused or stored without credit.
• RMA requests must include: order / invoice number, SKU, quantity, batch or serial if available, failure description, operating conditions (voltage, prop, ESC, flight controller), and supporting photos or logs.

Accepted remedies

For verified manufacturing defects within the applicable warranty scope, REACHSKY may, at its option:

• Repair the goods;
• Replace with the same or form-fit equivalent SKU; or
• Issue a credit note or partial refund against the purchase price of the defective units.

Remedy choice depends on stock, production slot, and root-cause findings. We do not cover labour, aircraft downtime, freight for unauthorised returns, or consequential losses, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Return freight and restocking

• If the defect is confirmed as our manufacturing responsibility, we bear reasonable return freight for the RMA path we specify.
• If goods are tested and found no-fault / buyer-induced, buyer pays return freight and any agreed evaluation fee; we may return the units freight-collect or dispose of them per buyer instruction.
• Approved non-defect returns (rare, and only if we agree in writing before shipment) may incur a restocking charge and must arrive unused, in original packing, with all accessories.

Payment and refund method

• Approved refunds or credits are processed to the original commercial payment path or as account credit, as stated on the credit note.
• Bank / gateway fees charged by the buyer’s bank are not reimbursed unless required by mandatory law.
• Processing time after credit-note issuance depends on the payment channel (typically several business days for card / PayPal paths).

Abuse and fraud

We may refuse claims that lack evidence, show tampering, misrepresent operating conditions, or form a pattern of serial returns. Accounts involved in payment disputes without prior RMA contact may be suspended pending review.
