This is Electronic feathering propeller propulsion system combo with motor+ESC+prop.

The Motor is equipped with a magnetic encoder for positioning, which detects the propeller position when the propeller is stopped. This enables the propeller blades to be set to stop at a specified position, significantly reducing drag and greatly improving the endurance of fixed-wing flight in fixed-wing mode.
